Welcome at our beautifull Residence and Farm

If you want to enjoy your well-earned retirement in a healthy and peaceful environment far away from the tourist hotspots, without mass tourism, traffic chaos, high crime rates, or environmental problems, then you have come to the right place!

Our 8,000 square meter spacious, park-like grounds, which are enhanced by a picturesque stream that connects both lakes. Two bungalows, each measuring 60 square meters, and one bungalow measuring 80 square meters are available for our tenants. The three detached bungalows are idyllically located by the Koi pond, which is fed by a water fountain and a waterfall, creating a harmonious overall picture. Individuality and privacy are a matter of course for us and offer you the amenities of a five-star resort.

The nearest larger town is Ban Phai, which offers all the necessary shopping facilities and other Services.

Baan Phai has also for the Speedtrain a new Railwaystation which connected Bangkok with Nong Khai.

Bangkok is approx. 400 kilometers away and can be reached directly via the A2 highway, which is 5 kilometers away.
Flights to Bangkok depart from Khon Kaen Airport, 58 kilometers away, almost hourly. The flight time is just under an hour.
There are also direct flights to Phuket and Chiang Mai.
We also offer an affordable shuttle service to the airport.
